• All appointments must be booked between 3 January and 28 February 2025
• Follow-up appointments are excluded from this offer
• All additional tests, scans, treatments (including medication) or surgical procedures will be chargeable. You are under no obligation to proceed with these at Benenden Hospital but if you do so, you’ll be charged at our normal list prices
• My Benenden Hospital Rewards members will receive 500 points when booking and attending a qualifying consultation
• Unless you specifically advise us not to, we will send a report of our findings to your GP so that any relevant clinical information is recorded on your medical record
• Following your consultation, if you and your Consultant agree to proceed with surgery, please contact the Private Patient team who will book you for your pre-operative assessment and operation date. All surgery is subject to passing pre-operative assessment
• Your free urine flow rate test, bladder ultrasound and consultation must be booked by calling our Private Patient team on 01580 363158 (Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm) or by using our online enquiry form
• Benenden Hospital reserves the right to cancel the free consultation offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
