My Benenden Hospital Rewards is a loyalty programme for self-funding (self-pay) patients of Benenden Hospital. This includes Benenden Health members who are paying for part or all of their treatment.

You can earn points in several ways:

• By booking and paying for a qualifying consultation, treatment, service or diagnostic test or scan
• By referring up to five friends or family members who go on to book and pay for an initial consultation, treatment or service, diagnostic test or scan at our hospital
• By providing a written or video case study about a past experience at Benenden Hospital. Please contact loyalty@benenden.org.uk for more information

Points can then be converted into a voucher to redeem against a future qualifying consultation, treatment, service or diagnostic test or scan at Benenden Hospital (T&Cs apply).

• Money off a future qualifying consultation, treatment, service or diagnostic test or scan at our CQC rated Outstanding private hospital
• The opportunity to earn points by sharing your experience at our hospital or by referring a friend or family member who goes on to book and pay for a qualifying consultation, treatment, service or diagnostic test or scan

Simply complete our Join Form with your personal details. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to log in and access your portal.

For each £1 you spend on a qualifying consultation, treatment or service or diagnostic test at our hospital, we'll reward you with one point.

We'll also reward you with 1,000 points (worth £10 off future treatment) for joining and 2,000 points (worth £20 off) when you share a written or video testimonial about your experience at our hospital.

You'll also earn 2,000 points for each friend or family member you refer who goes on to book and pay for a qualifying consultation, treatment, service or diagnostic test or scan at our hospital.

We also offer up to 500 points for attending one of our free online talks or a face-to-face event or for taking advantage of one of our regular offers.

No, you must join My Benenden Hospital Rewards before booking an eligible consultation, treatment, service, diagnostic test or scan in order for points to be added.

For consultations, your reward points will be added up to 72 hours after you've attended your appointment. For procedures, tests and scans, your points will be added within a week post-procedure (except for bank holidays and Christmas closing).

If you already use My Benenden Hospital Rewards, why not share the Benenden Hospital secret by inviting them to join our loyalty scheme?

They'll earn 1,000 points (equivalent to £10 off a future consultation, treatment or service, test or scan) just for joining and you'll earn 2,000 points (equivalent to £20 off) when they book and pay for their first consultation, treatment or service, test or scan.

It's easy to refer up to five other people, including friends and family. Please check that you have permission to email them first.

• Log into your My Benenden Hospital Rewards portal
• Scroll to the bottom of the page to the 'Invite your friends' section
• Click on the button to 'Share the Benenden Hospital secret'

You can then either:

• 'Copy link' and email/SMS to your friend or family member or
• Click on 'Send Email' to open up your email client with a pre-populated message which you can then send to your friend or family member

Your friend or family member should use this link to sign up for My Benenden Hospital Rewards. Terms and conditions apply.

Once you've signed up, you'll receive a welcome email with a link to log into your portal. Simply enter the email address you signed up with, click on 'Request a login code' and you'll receive an email with a six-digit one-time login code.

Enter this code and click on 'Log in'. 

If you log out of your portal, you'll need to request a new login code.

Every 1,000 points you earn is worth £10 off a future consultation, treatment or service or diagnostic test (T&Cs apply)

Simply log into your portal and click on a redeemable reward. We'll email a voucher code to the email address we have on record, which can then be quoted when you next book and pay for a consultation, treatment or service, diagnostic test or scan with us. (T&Cs apply).

We offer over 250 self-pay treatments and services, including diagnostic tests and scans, delivered by experienced, caring staff in the heart of the Wealden countryside.

You can also book and pay for an initial consultation for selected services using our online booking tool.

My Benenden Hospital Rewards vouchers cannot be used to book a consultation online through the SimplyBook platform. To redeem your voucher against an appointment, please call our Private Patient team on 01580 363158.

When you redeem your voucher off a consultation, treatment or service, diagnostic test or scan, we will deactivate the code. This means you will not be able to use the same voucher code again.

However, once you have enough points, you can generate another voucher code through your portal and redeem this against a consultation, treatment or service, diagnostic test or scan.

Your reward points do not have an expiry date.

By joining My Benenden Hospital Rewards, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by Benenden Hospital, My Benenden Hospital Rewards and Piggy.eu. It is recommended that Participants read the Piggy.eu privacy information.

The information held on the Piggy.eu platform is used for the purpose of administering My Benenden Hospital Rewards, including sending emails relating to a your My Benenden Hospital Rewards account (Transactional emails).

You can consent to receive promotional offers (Marketing emails) by ticking the Newsletter opt-in box on the Join Form and may opt out of Marketing emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any Scheme email or by contacting optout@benenden.org.uk.

If you opt out of Marketing emails, we may still contact you about your Account, changes to Terms and Conditions, or important notices relating to your treatment.

You can update your first name and last name by logging into My Benenden Hospital Rewards and clicking on the Cog/Settings icon to update your profile.

If you've updated the email address we hold for you, for example on My Patient Hub, you'll need to re-register for My Benenden Hospital Rewards and ask us to merge your accounts.

You may opt out of the scheme at any time. If you opt out, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem your points. You will also forfeit your unused and unexpired points. Deletion of Points is final and cannot be reversed.
