My Benenden Hospital Rewards
My Benenden Hospital Rewards is a loyalty programme for self-paying patients of Benenden Hospital. We are the first private hospital in the UK to have launched a loyalty scheme of this kind, and the response to us making healthcare even more rewarding has been positive, with over 900 people having signed up since the launch date of 21 March 2024.
On signing up, you’ll instantly get 1,000 points, worth £10, added to your account. You can earn points (100 points = £1) in several ways, from booking and paying for a qualifying consultation, treatment, service or diagnostic test or scan, by referring up to five friends or family members who go on to book and pay for an initial consultation, treatment or service, diagnostic test or scan at our hospital or by providing a written or video case study about a past experience at Benenden Hospital. Any points you earn can then be converted into a voucher to redeem against any of our treatments and services.
My Patient Hub
In May 2023, our Patient Administration, IT, Finance and Marketing teams, collaborated with Streets Heaver Healthcare Computing to launch a unique online platform for our patients: My Patient Hub. At the time of launch, Benenden Hospital was the first private hospital in the South East region to offer a platform of this type and it was made with a patient-first approach to ensure usability was at its best.
This online platform provides a quick and efficient way for you to view your communication and appointments with us. It's accessible through any internet-connected home PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
My Patient Hub allows you to:
- Check your previous and future appointments
- View your entire correspondence history with us
- Review your balance and make any outstanding payments (self-paying patients only)
- Feel relaxed and unhurried ahead of your preoperative assessment by completing a health questionnaire
- Update selected personal details
Online booking tool
We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to find the time to phone someone up about a health concern – especially during the workday. With our online booking tool, you can arrange an in-person appointment for a convenient time that suits you for as early as the same day.
Currently you can book online for 11 services:

- Hip or knee pain consultation
- Cataract surgery consultation
- DermoSight mole scanning service
- Gastroenterology consultation
- General surgery consultation
- Gynaecology/urogynaecology consultation
- Physiotherapy service

- Vein treatments consultation, including EVLT for varicose veins and ThermaVein or sclerotherapy for spider veins

The installation of Zimmer Biomet ROSA Knee System (robotic-assisted knee replacement surgery) has been one of the most exciting examples of innovative delivery of care over the past year. This knee procedure offers faster recovery from surgery and can provide better knee function after your surgery, so you can get back to doing what you love faster.
Have a ROSA knee replacement? You can stay connected to your care team at our hospital with mymobility®. This patient care management app works with the ROSA Knee System to provide personalised communication through a mobile or website application. It collects measurements via a smartwatch to help patients successfully prepare for and recover from surgery.
