Benenden Hospital will be welcoming visitors to its Open Day on Sunday, October 7, with tours of the multi-million pound re-development and free health and eye checks.
Visitors can drop in and chat to the hospital’s clinical teams about a range of self-pay services such as hip and knee replacements, cataract surgery, weight loss surgery, gynaecology and varicose vein treatment.
They will be treated to a tour around the hospital’s three state-of-the-art theatres, MRI and CT suite and diagnostic department, from 11am to 4pm, with families and children welcome.
The free open event will showcase the wide range of specialist and innovative self-pay treatments now available in a relaxed setting.
Hospital Director Jane Abbott said: “This is an exciting opportunity for everyone to come along and have a behind-the-scenes look at their local private hospital, and meet our expert team.
“What we have created is a therapeutic and calming environment that starts from the moment the patient walks through the door and is designed to put them at the centre of the care we provide and make them feel special.”
Benenden Hospital offers a wide range of healthcare consultations, treatments and diagnostic services to Benenden members, self-pay patients and those with private health insurance. Some services may also be available to NHS patients via the e-referral system.
