More than £1,400 has been donated to the Alzheimer’s Society after a Memory Walk was organised by a nurse at Benenden Hospital.
Senior Staff nurse Sharon Doucy, from the Outpatient department, set up the event. Joining Sharon on the Saturday morning ramble through the woods near Benenden Hospital were colleagues and friends from across the hospital.
Hospital staff set up donation boxes in the Pavilion Restaurant to allow colleagues, patients and visitors to make donations.
What are Memory Walks?
