About Mr Mangam
I qualified in India in 1998 and completed my surgical training in 2002.
In 2002, I was awarded a Masters in General Surgery from the prestigious University of Health Sciences in India. I also achieved the Intercollegiate FRCS General Surgery (Exit Exam) in 2011 and the Fellowship of European Board of Surgery (Coloproctology) in 2013.
With extensive experience of general, emergency and elective surgery, I am trained in laparoscopic colorectal surgery and all aspects of coloproctology including bowel cancer, haemorrhoids, fissures, fistula and inflammatory bowel disease.
I am a GMC-recognised trainer.
In addition to the services I offer at Benenden Hospital, I work with the NHS as a Consultant General Surgeon for the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Trust, based at the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital in Margate.
