About Dr Bhaskaran
I gained my medical degree in Madras, India.
Moving to the UK in 1986, I underwent postgraduate training in Intensive Care Medicine, General Medicine and Anaesthesia in Plymouth and Sheffield Group of Hospitals.
Appointed an NHS Consultant in Anaesthesia in 1998, moved to the South East in 2001. In addition to the services I provide at Benenden Hospital, I am a Consultant in the Elective Orthopaedic Centre, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
I am a speaker at international conferences on perioperative pain management and enhanced recovery.
