General terms

1. By entering the prize draw(s) you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw(s) are being run by Benenden Hospital.
3. The My Benenden Hospital Rewards Christmas prize draw(s) will run from 12.01am on Monday 18 November until 11.59pm on Sunday 22 December.
4. The prize draw(s) are open to UK mainland residents aged 18 or over, including Benenden Hospital and Benenden Health staff.
5. By entering the prize draw(s), you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
6. Benenden Hospital will not accept responsibility if the details provided at registration are incomplete or inaccurate.
7. Benenden Hospital’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
8. The prize draw(s) are free to enter.
9. The winners will be drawn at random.
10. A list of winners will be maintained and made available if requested.
11. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal of higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
13. Benenden Hospital reserves the right to cancel the prize draw(s) or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
14. The decision of Benenden Hospital regarding any aspect of the prize draw(s) is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The prize draw(s) and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

New members prize draw(s)

2.1 How to enter

1. To enter the new members prize draw(s), you must sign up for My Benenden Hospital Rewards between 12.01am on Monday 18 November and 11.59pm on Sunday 22 December.
2. By ticking the prize draw checkbox during registration, you agree to being entered into the prize draw(s). If you do not wish to be entered into the prize draw(s) please do not check the box.
3. If you would like to withdraw from the prize draw, email us at loyalty@benenden.org.uk.
4. A maximum of one scheme registration per person for the My Benenden Hospital Rewards prize draw(s) is permitted.
5. Each week’s prize draw will only include My Benenden Hospital Rewards members who have joined that week, between the dates outlined below.

2.2 The prize

1. The new members offer prize will alternate between 10,000 points (worth £100 off a future consultation, treatment or diagnostic test at Benenden Hospital) and a £100 Love to Shop voucher, as above.
2. For the voucher prize draw(s), you must be contactable via email to allow us to request your postal address.
3. For the points prize draw(s), points will be added to your account within 72 hours of the prize draw having taken place. Please see Section 6 of the My Benenden Hospital Rewards T&Cs for terms around points.

3. Refer a friend prize draw(s)

3.1 How to enter

1. To refer a friend, you must have joined My Benenden Hospital Rewards since 14 February 2024.
2. You can refer between one and five people who must join My Benenden Hospital Rewards between 12.01am on Monday 18 November and 11.59pm on Sunday 22 December.

3.2 The prize

1. The Refer a Friend prize draw will take part on Monday 23 December 2024. Only one prize draw will take place.
2. The Refer a friend offer prize will be a £100 Love to Shop voucher.
3. You must be contactable via email to allow us to request your postal address.

4. The winner(s)

1. The winner will be notified within 72 hours of the prize draw(s) using the email provided during scheme registration.
2. Benenden Hospital will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will forfeit their right to the prize and Benenden Hospital reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
4. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize.

5. Data protection and publicity

1. By entering the prize draw(s) you agree to any personal information (your name and email address) being used by Benenden Hospital for the purposes of administering the prize draw(s).
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at loyalty@benenden.org.uk.
3. Prize draw winners agree to the release of their name to any other prize draw participants if requested by Benenden Hospital.

6. Limitation of liability

Benenden Hospital does not accept any liability for damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or not being selected for a prize.
