As our Flexi Bank Physiotherapist, you will conduct holistic and thorough assessments for our outpatients by creating individualized, clinically reasoned and evidence-based treatment programmes. You will also contribute and facilitate excellent levels of physiotherapy care to our orthopaedic inpatients, providing supportive rehabilitation for prompt discharge and successful home recovery.
You will be an active member of the department and will support the department lead in the development implementation of audits, in-service training/peer reviews, guidelines, and service provision.
Due to the nature of the work required you will need to have at least one years experience post qualification.

Skills and experience required
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Relevant experience at junior level within the MSK outpatient setting
- Basic awareness of respiratory principles and techniques, including ACBT.
- Aware of the KSF
- Aware of the importance of clinical governance and its role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate
- Excellent prioritization, delegation and time keeping skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to demonstrate clinical and professional development
- Good initiative
