Prior to joining Benenden Hospital, I managed children’s therapy services at Greenwich in addition to holding the position of Chair of the Professional Executive Committee for NHS Greenwich. I had worked at Greenwich since 1997 and worked closely with teams to redesign services, improving access and quality.
Before this, I completed my physiotherapy training at Queen’s College, Glasgow, before starting my career as a physiotherapist in Kent, working across Kent & Sussex Hospital, Pembury Hospital, and the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead. I also worked in Newham and Johannesburg General Hospital in South Africa before moving to Greenwich.
I oversee the delivery of the hospital’s day-to-day regulatory, commercial and operational performance and shape the hospital’s strategy. I am also a member of the Society Executive, focusing on delivering the Society’s business plan and corporate strategy.
I have a passion for listening to and working with teams to support the hospital’s continued success and excellence in patient care.
Our 2028 Vision is to be the South East’s leading private hospital, renowned for excellence, and I am privileged to be working with such a talented and dedicated team in the delivery of that vision.
