We believe that speaking up about concerns our staff have is vital. We want our staff to feel supported at work and ultimately ensure that we are providing excellent care to our patients. Through Freedom to speak up, we're committed to an open and honest culture and will ensure that the concerns of our staff are looked into and that they are offered and have access to the support they need.

Safeguarding assurance

We have a commitment and a duty to safeguard vulnerable adults within the organisation and a duty to ensure that there is adequate awareness in relation to safeguarding children and young people, as stipulated in the Care Quality Commission’s Fundamental Standards and Regulation 13.
